When we think of marriage, the first thing that comes to mind is having a lasting relationship. Marriage is a commitment of two people to one another and to each other’s family, bonded by holy matrimony. A wedding is a ceremony to provide the couple an opportunity to make promises to each other.
Marriages take work, commitment, and love, but they also need respect to be truly happy and successful. A marriage based on love and respect doesn’t just happen. Both spouses have to do their part.
